I was very cautious about buying bar stools online. I wanted quality, style,comfort and affordability in that order. I got it all on this website. Arrived in perfect conditions. Great stools at a great price.

NOT NEXT DAY - IT TOOK 31 DAYS IN TOTAL - SHOCKING
I ordered 3 items on 15 Jan 2011. All showed as IN STOCK.
Each came separately and I've just received 16 Feb 2011 my final item.
I will not be using them again.
Suggestions: Don't claim to deliver next day when there clearly is no chance of this occurring.

I ordered my HTC Legend phone at 11pm Jan 31 2011.
It arrived today at 12.20 pm 16 Feb 2011. It took 12 working days.
I have to say I didn't hold out much hope after reading the reviews on here but if your prepared to wait then you'll get a great deal. It's funny how we focus on the negative reviews when your waiting. LOL.
Anyway I emailed them everyday from the 7th working day and got an auto response straight away followed by an email from their customer service within a couple of hours so no probs there.
I saved £100+. and if they had advised upto 21 working days I think I would have been prepared to wait for it anyway.
Suggestions:
they should adjust their delivery pledge to reflect the real delivery times
