Fast delivery, all products as described, prices were competitive and email communications were good. I would order again from them with confidence.
I only knocked a star off as the professionalism of the website, and in particular the payment processing service was a little amateurish and didn't reflect the high quality of service. There is nothing wrong with the payment system as such, it works and is secure, but it takes you off to other sites for payment processing which is a cheap option but lacks reassurance when you're ordering from an unknown company for the first time.
Don't let it put you off ordering, it's works just fine, there's just room for improvement.
Good website, the order process is straight-forward and the returns policy is excellent. I've made a couple of orders purely on the basis that I could take them back to a local branch if not happy for a refund (they will pick up returns I believe, but I chose this option to save staying in for the courier).
Only criticism is that when ordering multiple items in a single order they do sometimes split them up, and you end up having several deliveries spread across several days. Grouping orders may be better for some people, or at least the option to do so. On one occasion my partner ordered 10 items in one go and the order was so split up that she saw the delivery guy every day for a week! She works from home and can see the funny side, but this may annoy others.
I've ordered countless items from Amazon over the years (and returned a few) and never had a single problem with the order process at all.

I bought an item from the JL website back in the summer and found the process to be fast and efficient. The order confrimation and delivery information was good, the item itself (a JL own brand desk fan) is of outstanding quality, the packing was excellent and overall it was well worth the money.
First of all, I am not currently a customer and this review is based on a short-term experience with O2.
I ordered a smartphone through the O2 website and trialed it for a few days before sending it back. I was happy with the phone; my reasons for sending it back were that I found a better deal elsewhere and thought I would use my 14 day cool-off period to return it.
The online order process was good, the phone arrived promptly, and when I spoke to customer services they were helpful and courteous. The returns process was straight-forward and I eventually received my money back and contract terminated without fuss.
I give 4 and of 5 as their prices are not the most competitive, and I did need to chase up the refund as it took a couple weeks, but otherwise no problems.
Never thought I'd rate a phone company well, but I would consider using them again as the extra money for good service may be worth it.
The free delivery took longer than stated, and ordering on a Saturday meant it did not get processed until Tuesday (I was informed) - it was not a bank holiday so why not Monday? Despite this it was still a day later than specified and despite reassurances to the contrary from the (polite and courteous) customer support, I received no further communication to let me know it had been dispatched, and therefore did not know when (or if) it would turn up. I wasn't too pleased being on hold for 5mins before getting through on the phone line.
I know I'm being picky here, but I guess I'm used to the excellent service Amazon provide, and despite saving a few £ on the Amazon price I was unnerved by the lack in service as this was the first time I'd dealt with this unknown company. It was close to two weeks from the order date when I finally received the item, although it was packaged well.
In summary, if price is your key factor then they are competitive, but personally I'd rather pay slightly more and get a better service. They're not a bad company, I just think they need to improve in order to win that all important repeat business.

I only ordered a pair of grips for my bike but it was made fast and easy with a good secure online ordering service, free P&P and competitive pricing. The order arrived the next day well packaged. It took several days to hear back from a query I made with a certain large competitor, and in that time I'd given up waiting and ordered from Tweeks, received and fitted the product. You might call them 'Fast' Reaction Cycles compared to the competition.
