A good turn round of the order but the packs of Virkan S had short dates and one had passed its expiry date by several months. After considerable email ping pong with Feedem their replies giving the impression that they found it hard to believe, they asked for a scanned pic of the out of date pack, which I sent. Only then did they accept what they had been told several emails before and said they would credit the pack.
A good example of how not to treat a customer who had a legitimate complaint..
They seemed unconcerned when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way they dealt with this issue.
It is unlikely that I will order from them again.
