Booked two flights, which were immediately set to 'on request' status. After 4 days I phoned Opodo (30 min wait) to find out the bookings had apparently failed. I rebooked directly with the airline. I then found out 2 days later that one leg of the booking had been processed, leaving me with a duplicate booking. Opodo very rudely told me it wasn't their problem and to contact the airline directly. Complete waste of time and obnoxious and useless service staff who take ages to respond.
