I booked on 3rd June, a flight from Inverness to London Gatwick flying out on 6th July for 2 passengers. This cost me £241 odds. When I got my printout it was to London Luton. After unsuccessfully trying to get a response on the contact number given, I finally got the number for EasyJet from Inverness Airport. Finally got the booking I requsted in the first place which has cost me another £264 ( which as a pensioner I can ill-afford. ) Can someone please tell me how I go about getting a refund of my money, before I contact the Judge in the Scottish Sunday Mail. Also had booked a Hired car at Gatwick and had to change the pick up time as where we wanted to leave in the morning, out flight is not now until 13-45pm and we will not be in Eastbourne until about 6pm A whole day wasted through someone's incompetence. I am also looking for an extra £34 for the change in car hire, also phone calls lasting 20 to 25 mins 3 times with no response. Also car hire booked in for 6th June instead of July.
