After my parcels being returned from parcelforce as they stated they were too BIG, I contacted parcel to go via Live Chat and spoke to Daniel who was as useful as a fart in a spacesuit and told me what I already new .
He then passed me over to Emma who was very helpful and re-arranged my parcels to be collected by Fed Ex , she even waived the extra cost to use Fed Ex.
So thank you Emma.
Lets hope Fed Ex manage to deliver my parcels and not keep them in their depot for 2 days.
