I have placed a order for a Samsung Galaxy S4 hoping that they will deliver the item within 7 working days. I had to leave the country for few weeks so had to cancel the order after 6 days of placing the order as they were not so sure that I get the phone by end of the next day. I placed the order on 29th May and they took money out from my credit card on the same day. I have received the order cancellation email on 7th June 2013 and I am still waiting for the refund.
You can only contact the customer services department or sales department and they do not have any clue regarding the refund. They are just telling me that they have contacted the refund department and asked me to wait for few more days. That is what happened during last three weeks.
I won't recommend this people for anyone and please pay the additional few pounds on a reliable UK based company. Avoid SimplyElectronics at all costs.
Now I have contacted my bank and seek legal advice from my solicitor to get my refund. I will update my post if I have any update from SimplyElectronics.
05/07/2013 - Refund appears on my credit card. Still I do not have any faith in this company anymore.
