Everything went smoothly...this time. The first time I ordered from Boohoo it was a disaster - missing parcels, wrong delivery, poor quality clothing etc. I vowed never to shop there again! Well, that was a year ago and I decided to try it out again this year. This time everything went smoothly. They had many great looking items online; I bought many and the whole order and delivery process was easy! However, I had to return about 75% of the items either because the quality was poorer than the online pictures suggested, or the clothes didn't fit me well. Nevertheless, these things happen - at least the returns process was equally easy and hassle-free. The refund process, however, could have been a little faster - I receive refunds faster from other online stores. Having said all this, after this experience I will definitely buy from Boohoo again as I don't mind taking my chances and buying and trying on items that really stand out and take my fancy online.
