Useless bunch of c***s!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!
Where do I start. From the very beginning pacel2go made a complete arse of what is there main job! Rough drunken delivery driver from Hermes stumbled & fell collecting the parcel from my work, I could smell the alcohol on his breath. Then they managed to lose 4 x huge boxes containing alloy wheels. The stupid driver also never gave me any proof of collection so there was no tractability! No customer service (they do this on purpose so it's impossible to contact them when something goes wrong) Useless!!!! Avoid!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE!!!!!!!
I purchased an 8' x 9' yard master shed from these horrible people, over a month ago. They were very quick and efficient at taking my money but not so quick at getting it delivered. I was sent a letter telling me which size to make my base and that the delivery would be 14 days from the date on the letter. After the delivery time had passed i contacted them, to which they told me i would receive the product the next week. I waited..... Still no shed! At this point i found the trust pilot website which revealed waht i suspected, that they are a half arsed company who had no intention of even sending the shed. I contacted them once more and confronted them about the trust pilot web site, to which they replied "There is an on going dispute with that website" I immediatly cancelled the order, but shock horror i can't get my money back! The same story as a few other reviews on this site, they say 30 days untill a refund is issued! I am still currently fighting for my money back and have ordered a shed else where (Which was delivered in 5 days!!!) Please don't go near this company as they will take your money and run everytime. Horrible, nasty, crooked people!!!!!!
