I purchased an ipad on the 5th of June, they took the funds out of my bank straight away but the day after i found a better deal elsewhere so i cancelled my order before it was dispatched. I was told via email that i would receive a full refund but it may take 2 weeks which at first i was a bit annoyed about but i thought well fair enough. But after 2 weeks passed i was getting a bit suspicious as i hadn't heard anything from them but also had no refund. I emailed them over 5 times asking why i haven't received it yet, they would just reply with an automated email with a load of rubbish saying how they are sorry for the delay and that it should be refunded within 7 days but they keep saying this! I have rung them up and still get the same response! I will be going to the OFT if my refund is not received in the next couple of days!
