PARCEL DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS - WHAT ELSE CAN ISAY

For some unknown reason my parcel was delivered the wrong address, it had the correct address on the parcel

Hi Olwen,

As you can imagine as a team we're tremendously upset to receive a 2 star review, more so as it's through no fault of our own. The real frustration is that we're led to this through an act of sheer goodwill by your neighbour. If they'd said 'no this is not for us, it's the adjacent road' then the likelihood is that we wouldn't be in this position. Whether it was a sat-nav error or just a concentration lapse on behalf of the driver we may never know. We're led to believe that you managed to receive the goods in the time frame you were expecting i.e. on a next day service, so hopefully this has not caused you any major inconvenience. To address the issue of poor service provided by Interlink then we can only apologise; their drivers are not infallible and they have on this occasion made a mistake, albeit not a calamitous one. They do manage to maintain a success rate of above 99% and their customer service is impeccable, so whilst you've regrettably had an unfortunate experience it would be foolish of us to look elsewhere for a 'next day' delivery partner.
