Far worse than you would think possible. Show no interest in customer complaints whatsoever. Just don't care. Do what everyone else does and swap provider - it's just a complete waste of time trying to get them to fix anything.
The fact that talktalk have one of the worst ratings on Trust Pilot will neither surprise or concern them.
