Bought few items from them and have to say, I haven't been let down. Delivery is prompt as it was next day from order date and the quality of parts is superior as for those from eBay. Not the best as good like original but close enough to fit your iDevice and work properly. Service is also good as before I've started to deal with them, called them to ask few things.
Recommended company and hopefully will buy more from them in the future.

Like their products as for reasonable quality and shop customer service. Prices cheaper on the internet but that is what you pay for if you but of the high street shop.
Deals and clearances they have are for good products at dirt cheap money.
In stores they have sometimes better offers as in the catalogues or web site.
Will definitely buy again from them.
If I don't like it, I'll return it...within 21 days and with reciept obviously.

Wrongly prescribed and performed eye test. Good customer care in the store but wouldn't go back there for sight test.
They offer some deals but no big selection in frames.

Was after a cheapest mobile phone to use only once and dump it. They had few models but it puts you off if they tell that the price is different when you pay by cash and different if by card. They trying to monitor your spendings or what?
Prefer to go on the market and buy second hand.

Still the cheapest flight company. Like to fly with them but they should invest in some bigger aircraft.

Good internet store

Bought few items from their web site and been disappointed only once. They charged me for an item after a month. Due to a technical problem they did apologised and refund money back for a premium number call over 10 minutes to solve the case.
Still happy to buy there

Like to shop there

Cheap prices but taste is not the same as from other superstores but that is on ASDA branded products.
Still worth it as they have plenty discounts and deals on branded grocery products. I'm a sweet's fan so I go firstly there to stock up.

Mistake with contract renewal date

I do not know what it is that you are gold or silver customer but they think they can con and trick on that talk. Want to upgrade now and they will have to do it if they have some system issues.
Apart from that I am satisfied customer.

Was waiting as well for Ted Baker frames as they were ordered from US for me. Must selling pretty well as they were out of stock but got them few days after normal time. Excellent service and after sale care. My lenses didn't suit me so they exchange them for me with no extra costs. Fully satisfied with service overall and look of myself in a pair of my new frames. "I can see clearly now the rain is gone". Looking forward to get new frames for spare from them.
Definitely will recommend this company !
