Shortly after placing my order, The Whisky Exchanged phoned me direct to advise that on one of the items I had ordered it was the last of the stock and that the presentation carton was slightly damaged and asked if I would like to cancel the item. There was no damage to the goods inside so I had them complete the order.
I like it when companies show their care for their customers, it does instill confidence that they are striving to produce a good service.
Placed order late Friday, goods despatched on Monday (very good response time),
delivery arrived Tuesday morning. Superb. Must have used very large pigeons to transport it 480 miles in such a short time. It takes a longer time if someone posts a letter to me locally.
The Green Welly Stop definitely goes onto my favourites list.
