not a great start

On my first order the delivery address was wrong (this appears to be my fault despite me knowing the delivery address and therefore why would I enter it incorrectly?) and so I have had to pay again for the same item as it was delivered to the wrong address. Not a good start.

I am sorry to hear about the problems with the delivery address on your last order. I have looked into this for you and all website orders are automatically processed into our system, therefore, as there is no human intervention the order will be sent to the original address entered at the time of ordering.

On this occasion I am happy to refund you in full for this order, if could please email me a contact telephone number to customer.services@naturesbest.co.uk, I will then arrange for a Customer Services advisor to telephone you to obtain the information we require to process the refund. Alternatively, please call 01892 552118.

first over the line!

I recently bought a new pair of running shoes and the service was excellent. From the ease of ordering the product to the quick arrival of them at my front door. Very happy and would definitely recommend wiggle to friends. I haven't used wiggle for a long time, and have bought from other sporting shops online, which for a while with one of them I had a few issues. So it was good to buy a product and not have any hassles.
