BOTH ITEMS WAS IN STOCK AT THE TIME OF ORDERING SAME ORDER NUMBER BUT DISPATCHED DIFFERENT DAYS SAME ORDER NUMBER SO I COUD'NT TRACK THE SECOND ORDER. PHONED CUSTOMERS SERVICE HAD TO HOLD ON 5 MINUTES LATER NO ANSWER PUT PHONE DOWN EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE NO REPLY AT MOMENT PHONED AGAIN ON THE 19/12/2012 6 MINUTES NO REPLY. THEY ARE EASY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN U HAVE A PROBLEM THERE NOT THERE TO ANSWER YOUR EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS. DEBENHAMS SORT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES OUT QUICKLY OR PEOPLE IS'NT GOING TO BOTHER ORDERING FROM U AGAIN BECAUSE I WOUDNT
I ORDER MY GF SOME FLOWERS FOR VALENTINES DAY THEY TURNED UP BUT WASNT THE RIGHT FLOWERS I PAID EXTRA £10.00 FOR LUXURY THEY SUPOSED TO HAVE BEEN VALENTINE CUPID WITH RED ROSES AND LILLIES BUT WOT I GOT WAS 10 RED ROSES AND RED BERRIES I PAID £44.90 THINKING THEY WAS GOING TO BE VERY GOOD QUALITY BUT I COUD BOUGHT RED ROSES FROM THE MARKET FOR £10.00 THEY ARE REFUNDING ME IN 3 TO 5 DAYS BUT THEY SAID THAT ON VALENTINES DAY SO IF I DONT GET REFUDED BY NEXT WEEK I WILL BE INFORMING TRADING STANDARDS DONT BUY FROM HERE TOTAL RIPP OFF I COUD GET THESE BETTER FROM INTERFLORA I WILL UPDATE WHEN REFUNDED
