Registered with Bella Barista for notification of delivery of the Eureka Mignon as they had sold out. Ordered one as soon as I got the e-mail saying they had them back in, it turned up the next day with the large hopper. I phoned and spoke to one of the sales team and they couldn't have been more helpful, they apologised and arranged to have the correct hopper sent out to me as soon as it arrived. Two and a bit weeks later, I received an email stating that the hopper was in the post. I didn't have to chase them for anything, just a good, helpful and efficient service.
