Ordering, information and the eventual receipt of my machine was perfect, a beautiful coffee machine and instructions. Unfortunately the chosen delivery company which wasn't as advertised on the website, their service was pretty bad. They forgot to deliver, then after a week put it on delivery with a second company. These tried to deliver to the wrong address twice and I eventually tracked it down. It was a shame, just an unfortunate experience, but when you are spending so much money you don't expect all the hassle. Maybe Bella Barista will choose a better courier for other customers.
