I was at work all day and could not be home to collect my parcel at 10.30-11.30am.
Returned from work and checked my tracking number to see the parcel had been delivered and signed for by someone called "mickey".
Contacted DPD via email and they who told me the driver had delivered the parcel to my address and a "middle aged man called Mickey" signed for the parcel. I am the only person who lives at the address and I am not middle aged or called mickey!!!
The driver is lying and has stolen my parcel or has gone to the wrong apartment.
I am awaiting confirmation that the driver went to the right address.
If the driver is lying and has stolen the parcel I will notify the police and press charges.
