disapointed

I had an email to say the part had been dispatched, and would be delivered in 2 working days. 5 days later it had not arrived, so I phoned the company. I was told that they had sent me an email stating that the part would not be sent and that the money I had paid had been put back into my bank account.
after checking with my bank , the money had been refunded as they had told me.
I was given no reason why the part had not been sent, I am confused about the email that they said they had sent me, it actually said that the part had been dispatched

ITS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BOUGHT GLASSES ON LINE. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS SIMPLE. THE GLASSES ARRIVED 5 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS SENT.
THE QUALITY OF THE GLASSES WERE TOP DRAWER.
I WONT GO TO ANY HIGH STREET RETAILER AGAIN.
