So a 1.5 hour movie on netflix took 2hours and 10 minutes to watch due to the joys of it having to load and stream every 2 minutes through BT wireless! Decided to call BT where I was actually forced to tell my problem to a robot who kept telling me....please try again, it was not quite clear what your problem is! After about 6 goes I got really frustrated and decided to yell down the phone which was when the robot told me to stay on the line and I would be transferred to a customer service agent! Finaly get through.... line closed!! F*CK YOU BT!!!! I hate you!!!!
