Absolutely appalling service from Homebase. I placed and order for paint on 17th expecting to paint at the weekend. I emailed and got not reply, I tried calling twice and just got left hanging onto a recorded message and complained and still have not had a confirmation of date of delivery or compensation.
Will not use Homebase in future, I will go direct to Farrow and Ball in future.
Just set up a new online business and researched couriers and thought My Hermes looked professional and so I booked my first 2 parcels with them and guess what? They have not collected it and the customer wanted the bag for the weekend. They take half hour to answer. We chat and offer no solution and like previous customers state they don't answer the phone. Lost another customer.
Global Bike originally sent me incorrect shoes due to miscommunication and when I contacted them and explained exactly what I needed, they offered to send out the shoes and cleats attached and I recieved them the following day.
It was not their fault but people in David Lloyd gym did not know what spin shoes or cleats I needed.

My son spent His Christmas money buying these Sennheiser earphones and they are faulty. The company do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails. I am going to report them based on other feedback. They were not cheap and my son has lost his money. Disgusting to to this to young students.
