I placed a next day delivery from ASOS on a Thursday afternoon. On friday I had an email saying that it would be delivered between 9am or 9pm. By 9pm nothing had arrived. I then received another email saying that I would receive my parcel on Monday with details to track my order.
On monday I tracked the order and was told that 'DAN' my driver would deliver between 4.20pm - 5.20pm. I was in all day and the parcel did not turn up. I then get an email saying that no one was in for delivery which is completely untrue. I rebooked the delivery for Tuesday to be told it would turn up again between 2.15pm - 3.15pm. I was at home again no one showed up and on both ocassions I have not been left a calling card.
I complained to ASOS who said they would email dpd. It is impossible to speak with anyone at dpd you only get an automated service. Asos informed me that my delivery was rebooked for Wednesday and they would refund my next day charge etc.
Wednesday...I receive an email from dpd saying my parcel will be delivered between 2.21 and 3.21pm. I am sat here at 3.18pm. I tracked my order and it says it was delivered at 2.21pm and signed for. Well not my me or anyone at my address!!!!!!
I am in a rural location however I order online alot and have never had any problems before. Either the driver is stealing or he cannot use his sat nav!!. When I just phoned dpd to track the order it says it has been signed for by name......and then hangs up.
Disgusting...who has signed for my parcel???
