I have had a few problems with their ordering system and having things delivered to my work address (which apparently isn't a 'real' business according to Next - tell that to the European Parliament's UK Office!) but eventually the products I ordered arrived intact and in relatively good time. I would use again but only if no-one else had a similar product available at the same price.

Several Happy Shopping Experiences
I have ordered from Zavvi several times, mainly gifts for my son's computer game, and I have never had a problem. Sometimes slightly slower than other retailers but nothing to worry about. I will happily use Zavvi again
