Found flights, paid within 3 minutes. At the very end AFTER payment had been taken, this message appears:
"During the booking process it appears that in the time between between processing payment and confirming the order, the product in the shopping cart was unfortunately no longer available. We have received your payment, but have not been able to complete your booking."
I checked the site and other sites for those flights and they are still available.
It has asked me to contact customer service "immediately" but I cannot do so until the lines open again at 8am and costs 10p/min by the way.
Looks like this has happened on numerous occasions to other people and to me it sounds like a tactic for them to earn extra interest and phone line revenues. This is such disgusting behaviour in this day and age, and if anyone reads this, please write in to roguetraders!! (https://ssl.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mg74/contact) I already have and hopefully if enough of us do it will stop this happening.
I never write reviews about sites/restuarants etc but I was so disgusted by this it earnt the honour of being the subject of my first ever net review.
Get your act together budgetair.
