Absolutely shocking service

3 times I have had deliveries from this company. The first was an order from Amazon. I waited in the day I knew my parcel would arrived, bell rang so I let the delivery guy in. When he eventually got up to my floor, it was a boy about the age of 13/14. Signed for my parcel and asked why the box was open, his reply was, we received it like that. Never have I had an open package from Amazon. I can only assume it was opened by someone at Yodel to see if it was anything worth stealing! My latest parcel was a disaster! Apparently the driver couldn't find anywhere to park his van due to it being school time, bear in mind, the driver openly admitted he knew of this area and busy times around 3-3.30pm. I called CS to be given a load of excuses, surprise surprise huh! I was told that someone would call me back, did they? No! So not only did I wait in all day for nothing, I had to wait again the following day, the courier came at 6.50pm! Wow 2 full days waited in for this crap service. I find dealing with the staff via Twitter to be your best bet, someone gets back to you and tries to help you best they can. Shame about the drivers. I find it really bad that so many drivers for one company are so careless and unable to give a damn about the parcels they deliver. Majority of reviews for Yodel are terrible, I cannot see why companies are still using them to deliver their goods. After all, the drivers think your door step on a main road in a safe place!
