Terrible cutomer service and delivery

Having ordered well bofore christmas, the gifts finally arrived in mid february...no offers of discount/refund, just a disinterested person on the phone saying oh well they are being posted to you this week. We had to chase them - ok there was snow before christmas but we ordered at the end of november! Amazon and others managed just fine with much later orders.

When we received the gifts theywere ok - expensive but nothing special. would never use again as much better value and customer service is available pretty much anywhere
