Ok expect daily updates until this matter is resolved. I ordered a Canon 6D camera in time for a wedding. My concern now is its starting to look increasing like I have wasted my money as I'm running out of time for the wedding. According to Simply E’s website the camera is packed and awaiting to be picked up by courier. Unfortunately that’s been the case all week. Not a problem you may think, ring customer services. Tried that, usual stuff all calls are recorded for the benefit of all etc etc. Then I'm cut off, repeated several times with same outcome. Right try sales line, reluctantly told customer services are busy but they will transfer me. Guess what cut off again.
This afternoon managed to speak to Joel, Customer Services at Simply E, who confirmed the camera is ready to go and has been since 28/6/2014 but their courier N?S hasn't picked it up yet. Apparently I am to expect an email this afternoon from N?S. But why me ??, surely if true, Simply E would like to know why my Parcel has been sitting in their warehouse for a week.
If you’re reading this, Simply E, redeem yourselves, despatch the camera now or refund don't care which.
