In the last years I have bought different things from them and my experience is simply marvelous.
It is easy to fine what you want, I love the web design and I don't have to do too many clicks to reach what i want.
You order and within three days of ordering you have your parcel at home.
You even get your bill by e-mail for your records and it is easy to track your parcels.
They are still on the expensive bit but for me it is worth it, not just because I like their products but because they offer them in a well appropriate manner and with a very good service.
I mainly use Zara UK and sometimes, if I am going home to visit family I use Zara Spain.
My experience is always a delight, the site is tidy and easy to navigate, very straightforward and simply what you need.
Their customer service is also good, I have always had response within 24h or less.
The Iphone application is probably the best application to shop online. Extremely easy to use and user friendly.
Although my reference number is for an Amazon purchase (delivered on the 28.06.2013 - consignment number 5333579760) I usually have parcels delivered from DPD when I order to Zara online.
I have never had an issue and the deliveries have always been a smooth operation. Simply what it should be.
After dealing with very unprofessional companies lately it is a relief to know that when I order something from ZARA I can have a proper and correct delivery because they use DPD.
I cancelled an order with EE and they confirmed that UKMail had been informed accordingly. Next day I get a text from them saying that my parcel will be delivered next day.
I could have just decided to ignore the bell when calling but I wanted to make sure that the parcel was not delivered for being a waste of time so I called. I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get through to someone, when I did, at last, the advisor was simply a rude, impolite kid who was just ignoring my explanation and repeating the same crap all the time.
I made clear that I had already spoken to the retailer and that they confirmed that the bloody order had been cancelled.
After 10 minutes on hold, he only asked for the code and my details and said to me that it was cancelled.
Guess what? Ten minutes later I got a text saying that my delivery had been re-scheduled to Monday!!
Can you believe this?
Now, When the delivery will arrive on Monday I will simply say that it is not for me and to send it back.
I will not waste more time and money on a company that should not be operating.
If you want a job well done and efficiency avoid this "company" because it will make you crazy as they have done to me.
