I was supposed to get a package, I missed them yesterday which fair enough not their fault, I have however waited in all day today and been up since 8am, The courier didn't bother to ring the doorbell, didn't bother to knock, just left a card.
Customer services response was that it was not in the interest of the drive to leave a card and not deliver,the implication being I was at fault.
Now I have to make an hour and a half journey to collect the parcel.
I will request a different courier next time.
The first time I contacted them about my order I just wanted to confirm a message I'd had from a company saying it was on behalf of the courier was genuine as it looked a lot like a phishing email. They didn't bother to check or reassure me, it took me several calls to the courier to find out what was going on. They also told me my package would be delivered by the post office which was completely wrong. When I finally got my order they hadn't sent the right prints. I told them about this and they said they would send a replacement which they did although it took a lot longer than my original order. When that finally arrived I had a second charge from the courier, I then contacted them again to say I felt this was unfair as THEY had made the error but the response I got was a copy and paste from the website saying customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees on orders. I pointed out I had paid for my order the first but they hadn't sent it and mentioned I would claim from my bank if need be. They finally sent a generic 'refund' email although no apology or explanation, this was probably the politest least patronizing I got from them! Although the refund was not for the full amount I was out of pocket I gave up at that point, it's not worth the hassle! I would never recommend them now, which is a shame as I think the idea is a good one but it's just not worth the hassle and risk if they mess up your order
