Product description did not match product. On the website specifications page it said quote Seatpost: "BioLogic PostPump+, 34 x 580 mm, forged aluminum clamp". However the bike didn't come with a pump in the seatpost. I phoned Bikeinn and also wrote an email, but still after almost two weeks I have no reply whatsoever.
It's a shame 'cause I also have to buy a bike for my wife but if bikeinn cannot demonstrate that firstly they provide adequate post-sale customer service and secondly to sell the product that they publicise I will go elsewhere.
My advice - spend a bit more money and go with a company that you can trust. Discount doesn't mean better - means more stress!
