Whenever I get a voicemail message the system tells me that I don't have a mailbox and I can't get the message. After dozens of calls to customer services (which I've paid for, of course) this has never been resolved and in the end I have just changed back to orange
Very glad I've switched to Ocado. The deliveries are always on time and very rarely have anything substituted. The ordering of the receipt by use by date is a brilliant feature that helps me plan the families meals for the week. Drivers are always lovely and really helpful.
