I ordered some items from WAE which were displayed as 7-9 working days delivery, after 3 weeks of waiting I sent a message to their customer services asking for an update, to which they told me that the items I chose were not part of their core range an they were coming from elsewhere; and I would receive them in 3 working days.
After ANOTHER 3 weeks of waiting, I sent another message to their customer services, this time they took 8 days to reply.... Which was the EXACT same message I received a month ago, word for word, copy an pasted. So I'm not even sure customer services even read my message and some auto reply sent it to me.
It's now been 2 months and I've not seen or heard from WAE so I'm cancelling the order and won't be using them again.
