Worst customer service ever!

I contacted the socalled customerservice, as one out of two items got smashed in the post (insecurely packed even though the delivery cost was pretty expensive) First they wanted me to return the defect item with dhl, which is not possible in Denmark. I asked them to send me a new item, as I still wanted it. They lied to me and said the item was not stocked, but it is possible to buy it from them on amazon, ebay and their own shop. And it is not fair that I should order the same item again and pay the high exensive cost. I guess it was too much work for the inpolite man. Usually I love buying stuff in Germany, as the quality and service is in top, but I have never experienced such a crappy thing before. Don't buy from them!
Oh my God, now they blocked my emails, too. Somebody should be fired!

Now they have admitted that they focus more on their own costs than customer experiences. And they even asked for my understanding (eeeeeeeehm not, I work with customer service myself, and the customer is right in this case and you are making yourself look idiotic). Furthermore, they asked me to rewrite my review here! I have now done that but not for the better. I still cannot believe the treatment. They would gladly make you pay a high international delivery cost when buying the items and when the items are smashed because fragile goods are not wrapped in anything else than cardboard, they won't send a new item, even though I sent them photo of it. And first they wanted me to return with dhl with a prepaid label, which is not possible here, but that they would pay? I have now ordered the item with one of their competitors and it has costed me a lot of extra money, as I once more had to pay for high international delivery. Never buy directly from this company. This is the worst buying experience I have had in 5 years, and I buy a lot online. If possible, they would have had zero stars from me!

Sehr geehrte Frau Sørensen,

wie mein Kollege Ihnen bereits mitteilte, haben wir den Artikel derzeit nicht am Lager. Sie können dies auch bei unseren Angeboten einsehen. In unserem eigenen Shop ist der Artikel beispielsweise mit einer Lieferzeit von 4-5 Tagen angegeben.
Die Entscheidung meines Kollegen diesen Artikel daher nicht beim Hersteller nachzubestellen und Ihnen nicht erneut zuzusenden, müssen Sie bitte aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht verstehen. Die Versandkosten überschreiten einfach erheblich den eigentlichen Artikelpreis.

Aus diesen beiden Gründen, kein verfügbarer Lagerbestand und extrem hohe Versandkosten, hat sich mein Kollege für eine Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrages entschieden und Ihnen dies so auch mitgeteilt. Ich möchte daher noch einmal um Ihr Verständnis für unser Vorgehen bitten.

Zudem kann ich Ihnen bestätigen, dass wir Ihre eMails nicht geblockt haben. Wir haben jede eMail von Ihnen erhalten und beantworten diese ja auch.
