I have purchased Essential Amino Acids and few other products from the company I couldnt even finish one serving of Essential Amino Acids I felt sick straight after the drink it tastes actually disgusting and horrible.
I couldnt get rid of the taste in my mouth felt sicky all day and couldnt eat anything all day. I have asked the return the product because I cant take it which makes me sick either cos of the taste or cos the product has got side effects to me. they said I cant return the item unless its faulty. I said it must be faulty cos it made me sick all day.
what they said is "If you deem that the product is faulty then we would ask that you send in a serving sample of this and we will have it tested by our Product Team. If the product is not found to be faulty then we will not be able to issue a refund for you." that means I wont get refund obviously they will not say the product is faulty.
My £21 is gone to air for nothing. will never buy anything from this shop there are many other companies at same price and they do 100% money back if you are not satisfied with the product with any reason within 14 days.
When I order something from amazon I always hope it would be sent by DPD. I have got next day delivery amazon prime. DPD is the only company texts and emails and lets you know when you are gonna get your parcel you can change your delivery day or ask them to drop it to the neighbour by texting them back. Never had a problem with them and Im shocked by their rating here.

We just found a yodel card left in the front door of our building today which is dated for yesterday. Please look at the card.
This is ridicilous. I was at home at the time. Instead of ringing my buzzer the guy just leaves a card and leaves it in the front door and my card has been eaten by mouse.
