I placed an order online for a bill pay smart phone.
According to the site it would cost €50.- per month.
So I paid online and not €50.- but €200.- was deducted, at that same moment I was informed that this was to cover for 3 months payment, this was not mentioned in the bill plan description.
I then over the course of one day received three e-mails from tesco all confirming my order and saying that I would receive a phone with three days.
After waiting for several days I received still no phone.
I sent an e-mail requesting a status update along with my order code.
I was informed I was not able to apply for such a plan that others were available to me.
I would not have known about this had I not sent in an e-mail requesting a status update.
I have still not had my money booked back onto my account.
