Your produce is fine. The language used in communications is cringeworthy. Give us a bell, talk to our chattie team, we love to talk etc. etc. This language does not cut it for me. The recorded message "Oh, I nearly forgot, our opening hours are..." The language is far too matey matey and in my opinion a more professional stance should be adopted.
