Ordered an electrical item on the site, order went through fine, but then I received an email claiming I had to phone up and answer some security questions because I was paying by credit card.
I did so, answered what was asked, was then told that my order would be canceled and I would have to order again and pay by bank transfer because of a "Security Issue". When I asked what the issue was exactly I was transfered to another operator and when I explained things to him he answered with "No, the order has gone through now, it's being processed and will be shipped out today",
Either end of the transaction was fine, but the security faff in the middle was entirely unnecessary and felt very amateur.
