Con artists not even worthy of one star

I purchased eight sumvisiom cyclone voyager tablets. Whilst I was using one of them the colours started to wash out. The screen has dead pixels the problem got worse so I contacted eBuyer raising my concerns.

I was asked to send in photographs upon providing the photographs I was told the screen was cracked by the technical support team.

I was upset and shocked that just by looking at pictures eBuyer tech support teams can tell you the fault. I notified them of my intentions to make a small claims for the tablet.

They then had the audacity to request I send back the tablet and replacement would be issued I still have the emails which I plan on uploading to YouTube. I sent them the tablet back and as they had promised a replacement would be issued I was anticipating it to arrive.

I was surprised when I received an email informing me that the warranty doesn't cover the fault and the item would be sent back.

It cost me £9.00 to send the item back like other members I've spent over a thousand pounds this year purchasing goods from eBuyer not anymore this company is not worth buying from anymore.

They also had the audacity to remove the screen protector before sending the tablet back. I will never ever buy from these clowns again.

I will be proceeding with filing a small claims against this company I have also asked them to stop sending me promotional emails and disable my account which a member actioned on.

Avoid at all costs.

I sincerely apologise for the problems you have had with Ebuyer and your Sumvision tablet.

Before accepting any item back for a return as faulty or damaged, we will always request photographs to see if the item does actually need to be returned to us.
As you was informed that your screen was cracked from the photographs provided, we would not usually accept the item back.

If we are unable to see the fault or damage from the photographs or if the customer does not agree on this, we will accept the item back for testing however if the fault or damage to the item is not covered by the warranty then the item will be returned to the customer with no further action. I apologise your screen protector was removed however as the damage to the item was on the screen we would remove any covering so we can inspect the item properly.

I am also sorry to hear you will not be shopping with Ebuyer again due to this experience. Our Customer Support team will be happy to help if you require any further advice or assistance on this matter.
