this company seem to be a law unto themselves, l have a hotel and am constantly getting bookings whilst the hotel is full, this leads to calls from me to the guests to try and sort it out, some times l can accommodate them , many times l cant, this does not look good for the hotel and leads to ill feeling by the guest who made the booking in good faith , l have now cancelled involvement with late rooms who by the way charge a 15% booking fee.
