It is the eve of my summer holiday and i have just found out that i must pay £172 for baggage. At the time of booking in May 2013 i was not given the option to pay for baggage so one would assume that baggage was included in the price.
Absolutely appalled by the customer service that I have received from alpharooms.com even when they acknowledged responsibility for the technical issues with the website.
Customers should beware of this company and how the conduct business.
It would be safe to say i'll be back to a mainstream provider in future.
