I bought helmet from fc-moto. It came really quick, for about a week. Very good.
I dont give a such a big review to my helmet, so i was hurry to test it. After a week i saw that the helmet interior is ragged and one of the clip is broken. I send them email to inform them on 11 day after i get the helmet for my problem and attached a photo. They want to send the helmet back. I send it and paid shipping tax. Helmet was there on 15 may. I was thinking that they send me a brand new helmet, becouse in there official website is written that if i return the product for 14 days i will get exchange or refund. So i was happy that the thinks will be done quick, but nooo, and the problems start.
I send a tons of emails and no response. So i get response from them, claiming that my helmet was send for repairs. i was very angry. i am not paid for repaired helmet, but for a brand new. They claim that if i was used the helmet they cant send me a new one. So the great waiting starts. After mounth i get email from them claiming that my helmet can not be repaired and there is no other same helmet to replace it. They ask me to refund me or to choose another helmet. I choose another helmet and i order it. 2 week give or take no response from them. Today ask them what happen with my new order and when i will get the helmet? The anwser was that they will recieve the helmet on 5.septemper 2013 ?!?! I was very angry and i want from them to refund me. P.S. all the helmets are still in the website and there are IN STOCK! FC-moto are crooks. I do not recommend someone to buy products from them!
