Entered details of 3 items on their website, they only give you 2 options to describe your items, "new" or "used", I selected the used option as that was what the items were but, they all were in decent condition. I was quoted £174 for the items which I agreed on. I sent the items off only to receive an email saying they had cosmetic wear and the actual price would be £104.75. Of course they had cosmetic wear they were described as used items, what did they expect? One of the items was a 6 month old Blackberry that had tiny marks to the silver surround to which they slashed the price nearly in half for. I had the items sent back to me and put them on [Link]. I ended up getting £221 for all three which as Gadgets4everyone are not good with numbers that's more than double! Oh and the iPod came back with a lovely picture of the engineer in the photo album and a sample of his music library added, the iPhone and the Blackberry had been re-set into German and Albanian which took me a while to change back to English (never took those languages at school)!
