Surprised!

Having read the reviews on here about Hermes I was concerned I might never see my parcel!

However, it turned up within the delivery window specified and in good condition. The delivery driver was well presented and polite. So no complaints from me!

The only reason I have not awarded 5 stars is that the tracking information on the website is not worded clearly.
