I have just placed an order & have received EIGHTEEN e mails of confirmation/ welcome . Lets hope the goods are as good as their welcome when they arrive !

Hi Lucille,

I apologise for the inconvenience that was caused with the emails being sent so many times to your inbox. We will email you a discount code which you can use at our online store the next time you visit as a gesture of goodwill.

The issue was external from our system and was an issue with PayPal. As soon as we were made aware of the situation, our I.T team tried to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Fortunately, they found a fix and this issue has now been resolved. Once again I express my apologies for the inconvenience this caused.

Well done !

When my order hadn't arrived by 5pm , having tracked that it had left the depot at 8.40 a.m. I was worried ! ( We were going on holiday the next morning ) . Spoke to a lovely lady who got in touch with Yodel on our behalf, asking for permission to give my number for after the Westin office had closed. Order was delivered at 7 p.m. by a Yodel employee on his way home . Westin staff are so 'human' when you ring with either a problem or an order , so different to the usual 'script followers ' at other call centres ( and the meat's pretty good too ! )
