Nice flowers delivered on time.

Ordered flowers for a friend. They were delivered as promised the next day. Delivered in the morning which was a bonus as they were fresh. My friend was very happy with them. Thanks

Goods damaged, did not arrive and terrible customer service.

I ordered 2 tankards as a wedding gifts for some friends, i was on a timescale so ordered them recorded delivery. I received email confirmation that they had been dispatched. This was not true. Only one tankard was dispatched and it was not sent recorded delivery it was just lying on the doorstep when I got home. The tankard was also badly scratched, for a new product which was quite expensive this was unacceptable. I phoned the company to try and resolve this issue (had to wait till after the weekend as there was no one answering the phones over the weekend). This was becoming a time critical situation, I was GUARANTEED that the tankards would be dispatched the next day so with me within 2 days - this would have allowed me enough time to engrave and wrap for a friends wedding. I sent a follow up email the day they were supposed to arrive just to ensure that they would arrive. I got an email response saying it would be a further 5 days before the tankards would be dispatched. Had I not inquired about this they would not have informed me of this by which time it would have been too late for me to source something. I feel like I was deliberately lied to to ensure the sale; despite me repeatedly telling the customer service team that they were needed for a specific day. I was reassured both verbally and via email that this was the case! Which it clearly wasn't and the fact that they did not initiate contact with me to tell me of these changes in my mind shows a malicious intent. It would be my recommendation not to use this company as they postage which you pay for you do not receive (I was lead to believe this is a frequent mistake!), the goods are damaged if they arrive at all and the customer service is the worst I have ever come across where they willfully lie in order to make a sale.
I would NEVER use this company again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, and I'd like to apologise for the poor impression my service has given you. It was myself you had spoken. I'm sorry if you felt the information I had given you each time was false, this simply was the most current and up to date status of the order.

Sending out the incorrect number of tankards and wrong postage was simply a human error, as soon as this was pointed out, we worked to correct this. I'm disappointed that this error led to your deadline being missed.

A full refund has since been given on this order and the tankard received back. I'm disappointed that this transaction has led to such poor feedback on this occasion.
