always get the order wrong

Every time I order online from CeX they get the order wrong, either they can't read or they just deliberately send the wrong item out and when you try and contact them they don't reply.
I hope you have better luck than me.

Cash Converters

missing Dvds from box set

Received my item thru the post, very well packaged, item arrived really fast trouble is it was a box set with Dvds missing, e-mailed and got a phone number, phone number was a waste of time, e-mailed again and was told someone would ring me, 5 days and still waiting for the Call



Got a first class service, good communications, item was with me the very next day, the parts were at very competitives prices. This is one of those companies you wish all companies were like. I have bookmarked them and will certainly use this company again.
