I ordered flowers for my wife's Birthday almost a year ago. My credit card was debited but the flowers never turned up. My wife was very upset.
This company used to be good but are now third class. Stay away at all costs.
I managed to get a refund but no apology. They are impossible to contact and there is no named person let alone another human being to talk to on the phone. I will never use their services again. I think the review scores reflect how poor they are and Trading Standards need to investigate and shut them down.
