I was initially very impressed by the support I got during purchasing the product. The customer support was very interactive and keeping me updated about the availability and shipping details of my product.
Now, after 6 months since purchase, I read In a blog that there is an extra cap cover which should be shipped with the dynamo hub product which will be used to get the wires out from dynamo. I contacted Wiggle informing them about the missing part and was not sure if I will be shipped with the missing part or not. Wiggle listened to my request carefully, interacted with me about the missing part, apologised for that and now are also shipping the missing part.
In all these years of online shopping, I must say that Wiggle has been the best in customer interaction, care towards customers and also in troubleshooting.
