Not clear website

We booked a hotel in Barcelona (or so we thought). When we got to the airport, the taxi didn't know where our hotel was. It turns out its not in Barcelona at all, its in one of the provinces of Barcelona.
On booking the hotel, it was not clear how many people we could get in a room, so we booked 2 rooms. It turns out that there are 4 beds in each room (even though they are bunk beds!), so we could have had only one room.
I am not impressed with the booking for alpharooms.
Also when the booking had to be changed, I had to cancel the booking (costing me £35), then re-book, supposedly with a code that would refund me the difference. This didn't work, so I had to make the booking and then email alpharooms. I had to email them 3 times before they responded to my email and it then took them a few days longer to refund the money to my card. All in all I am not impressed and will not be using them again.
